Do my forms stop working if my subscription expires?
No. The plugin never locks or disables — your forms, payments, and submissions keep working. Renewing keeps you receiving plugin updates and support.
What payment methods can my forms accept?
Payments run on Stripe: credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link automatically on eligible devices.
Do you add transaction fees?
No. Pro adds zero fees on top of your payments — you pay only Stripe’s standard processing fees, which go to Stripe.
Do I need the free plugin?
Yes — Pro installs on top of the free Custom Contact Forms plugin from WordPress.org, adding the premium features to the builder you already use. The free plugin stays free, always.
What does support cover?
Support covers bugs in the plugin itself — for example forms not displaying, payments not processing, or error messages. It doesn’t cover customization or styling help (CSS), installs modified by a third-party developer, or conflicts caused by other plugins and themes — for those, please contact the respective authors. A good way to identify a conflict: back up your site, then disable other plugins one by one. No plugin is perfect; if you find a bug, report it and we’ll troubleshoot.
What’s the refund policy?
