14-day refund policy — conditions apply. These terms cover Custom Contact Forms Pro.

Eligible for a refund

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase when:

• The plugin does not function as described in the product documentation
• Technical issues cannot be resolved by our support team
• A compatibility problem exists that we cannot fix

Not eligible for a refund

• Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
• Preference for an alternative solution
• The plugin working as described — please review the feature list before purchasing
• Expectations of features the plugin doesn’t include

How refunds work

All refund requests go through support first so we can attempt to resolve the issue — most problems turn out to be fixable. We review each request against the criteria above.

After 14 days, refunds are no longer available except in exceptional circumstances.
