This policy explains what information we collect through the Custom Contact Forms plugin, Custom Contact Forms Pro and this website, and what we do with it. Custom Contact Forms and Custom Contact Forms Pro are published by OIO Publisher (oiopublisher.com). In this policy, “we” and “us” means OIO Publisher.
The plugin on your site
Custom Contact Forms runs on your own WordPress site. Form entries, the Forms dashboard numbers and the weekly summary are stored in and sent from your own site. We don’t receive them.
To show our latest blog posts on your WordPress Dashboard and Forms Dashboard, your site reads our public blog feed at customformspro.com at most once every 12 hours. Like every request WordPress makes, it includes your site’s address and WordPress version, which our web server may record in its normal logs. No form entries, user details or visitor information are sent.
Apart from that, the plugin only sends information to us when you choose to:
- Tips and news signup. If you click Subscribe, the plugin sends the email address and first name you entered, your site address, your Custom Contact Forms and WordPress versions, where in the plugin you signed up, and the wording you agreed to. Choosing “No thanks” or closing the box sends nothing.
- Feedback you send us. If you click “Send feedback” on the “How are we doing?” card, or submit the optional survey when deactivating the plugin, your site’s own email sends us what you wrote, your rating or reason, your site address, basic usage details such as how many forms and entries you have, and your plugin, WordPress and PHP versions. No form entries or visitor information are included. Skipping sends nothing.
If you connect the plugin to another service, such as Mailchimp, a webhook, Cloudflare Turnstile, hCaptcha, Google reCAPTCHA or Akismet (and, with Pro, Stripe, PayPal, Twilio, Google Maps or an email marketing service), your site sends data directly to that service. That data never passes through us, and the service’s own privacy policy applies. The plugin’s readme on WordPress.org lists exactly what each service receives.
Our email list
We use the details from the tips and news signup to send you occasional form tips and news about Custom Contact Forms. We don’t sell or rent your details to anyone.
Signups are stored on our own server. We may use an email delivery service to send our emails, and that service stores your email address and name for that purpose. Every email has an unsubscribe link. We keep your details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
Buying Custom Contact Forms Pro
Purchases are processed by OIO Publisher on oiopublisher.com, with payments handled by Stripe or PayPal. We receive the details needed to provide your purchase and support, such as your name, email address and order. We don’t see or store your full card number.
This website
We use Burst Statistics, which runs on our own website, to count visits and see which pages are useful. If you contact us through the website, we use your message only to reply to you.
If you sign up for our guides using a form on this website, we store the name and email address you enter on our own website and use them only to email you new guides and news about Custom Contact Forms, as described under “Our email list” above. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, at any time. Email support@oiopublisher.com and we’ll take care of it.

If we change how we handle your information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
