Introducing Custom Contact Forms Pro: Payments, Signatures, and PDFs on the Forms You Already Build

Over the past few months, Custom Contact Forms — the free drag-and-drop form builder on WordPress.org — has been getting steady updates: a modernized builder, form templates, custom CSS, Mailchimp integration, and a long list of fixes. Today it gets something bigger.

Custom Contact Forms Pro is now available. It turns the builder you already know into forms that sell, book, and sign — without installing an e-commerce stack to do it.

Why Pro exists

The most common thing people bolt onto a contact form is money. A deposit for a booking. A registration fee. A donation. An order for a service. And the standard WordPress answer to “my form needs to take a payment” has always been disproportionate: install WooCommerce, configure a store, create products, style a cart and checkout — all to collect one payment on one form.

Custom Contact Forms Pro takes the other route: the payment happens on the form itself. You drag a Product field and a Stripe Card field into the builder, connect your Stripe account, and the form shows a live total and a Pay button. No store, no cart, no checkout page.

What’s in it

Stripe payments on the form. Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link, with a live “Pay $25.00” button that updates as the visitor makes choices. Totals are verified server-side, so the price charged is always the price you configured — never what the browser claims.

Product and pricing fields. Fixed prices, multiple options, or customer-chooses-amount for donations — with quantities, images, and enforced minimums.

Coupons and live totals. Percentage or fixed discounts, applied as the visitor types.

Digital signature field. Draw with a mouse, finger, or stylus. The signature is saved as an image with the submission — waivers, agreements, and approvals without a separate e-signature service.

Consent / terms field. Scrollable terms with versioned agreement records. When someone agrees, the exact text they agreed to is snapshotted permanently — so you can always show what version of your terms a given customer accepted.

PDF receipts. Paid orders get a PDF receipt attached to the notification email, and any submission can be downloaded as a PDF with one click.

Multi-step forms, conditional logic, surveys, and star ratings. Page breaks with a progress bar, show/hide any field based on answers (priced fields included), Likert grids, and quick ratings.

13 ready-made templates. Donation forms, order forms, registrations, waivers, agreements, and more — including real starter legal text where it matters.

No added transaction fees. Pro adds zero fees on top of your payments. You pay Stripe’s standard processing rate, and that’s it.

Pricing

One plan: $80/year, every feature included, on unlimited sites you own. No tiers, no per-feature add-ons, no percentage of your sales.

For comparison shoppers: getting payments, signatures, and surveys on a form typically means a form plugin’s top-tier license plus per-transaction fees on the cheaper tiers. Pro’s answer is one flat price and no cut of your revenue.

How it works with the free plugin

Pro installs on top of the free Custom Contact Forms plugin from WordPress.org — the same builder, the same forms, with the premium fields added to your palette. Your existing forms keep working exactly as they are; Pro just gives them more to work with.

The free plugin stays free, and keeps getting updates — version 7.13.0 shipped this week.
